the first room they showed us was dirty. The second room was fine but within 24 hours we had no hot water. They said it would be fixed in 20 mins but 1 hour and cold water later they offered to move us the next day. They did - and very helpful - to a suite! The manager was too... More

It's the perfect distance from the walled city and has wonderful access to the water. It's good to get to the rocks/pool area early to ensure a nice location. It's fun to jump off the rock and snorkel. The room was small but very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and the views at breakfast were amazing. The... More

Be sure to take the 5 Euro per person bus from Dubrovnik Airport. Even though they use the Kuna most accept Euros. Last stop on this bus is town center. Then take the No. 6 bus to the last stop. Easy to do but you will have to push your way onto the 6 bus. During hotel check-in the staff... More

The hotel is better than expected and giving me the swim holiday that I really enjoy. Just jump in off the reefs and go for it in the roped area Or out and join the locals who are all around. Love it. Glad I stayed here rather than theft estate.

Wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic Sea, All rooms claim sea view. Great service from all the staff, nothing was two much trouble. 20 minute bus ride to the City, bus every 10 minutes. Sadly two things lowered the standard. The bathrooms we designed so badly, that when you opened the door, you can't get in the shower, or reach the... More

During my recent stay at the Neptun, I was very impressed with the hotel staff and management. I had a view on the 4th floor that was very nice but a little small for my tastes by the other facilities were excellent. My 5 star rating has to do with how the hotel management handled an earlier review of mine... More

We were here for a 3 days in August. Our room was on the front of the hotel and had great views of the sea, Lighthouse Island and sunsets. The room was on the small side but we were only there to sleep with plenty to do to fill in our days. The hotel is out of town a little... More

We were here for a week in August. Our room was on the front of the hotel and had great views of the sea, lighthouse island and sunsets. Breakfast has plenty of choice once you get used to the layout and the number of other guests there at the same time (it was August!)....sitting out on terrace was great. We... More

Nice friendly and helpful staff, good location, pools etc, good breakfast, superb views, good bars and good aircon. BUT FOUR STARS IT AIN'T!! Why? Rooms the size of postage stamps. When one of us was changing the other had to sit on the bed or on the balcony. Bigger than size eight or 30 inch waist? Don'go in the shower... More

Positives: Helpful staff. Nice breakfasts. Nice rooms with awesome sea views. Negatives: It is just a bit too far to the old town with not much else around the hotel. If you are going for a 'relaxing by the pool' type holiday it would be great, for us though it was just too far from all the amazing sights, activities... More
