I have never been to a hotel that felt like home- and this one managed to achieve that level. The staff was outstanding, the rooms were immaculate and beyond comfortable.... the hotel was absolutely stunning and gorgeous!!! The food was MOUTH WATERING and the view was magical. This place was an absolute dream come true.

This is a really nice hotel, as the photos show - the general ambiance is that of class with the marble floors and spacious reception area. The rooms are quite large - not massive but certainly ample, they seem to be kept clean at all times, the beds were very comfortable and the views from rooms at the rear of... More

We stayed at this hotel for a conference, so got a decent rate and stayed after for a few days. Great location. The bus ride into Dubrovnik was convenient and inexpensive. The walkway along the coast is magical. The room however left a lot to be desired when staying for a week - small, uncomfortable bed, dated decor, teeny balcony... More

We had a family suite we shared with friends. Rooms were clean but bathroom very small. Some left over rubbish was left in room from previous guests. Nice balcony overlooking sea. Staff helpful. Wonderful setting for breakfast, amazing breakfast and lots of restaurant within walking distance to choose from. Pools handy as well as sea. Bus service to town regular... More

My family of five including 3 sons aged 15, 18, and 21 have just returned from a 6 night stay at Hotel Neptun. I had booked back in January via Travel Republic and got a good price for Half Board and 3 rooms. Originally a double for and a twin with sea view and a standard double for single occupancy.... More

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. No doubt about it. The staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels. The selection of restaurants here and nearby were very sufficient. Would find it difficult to complain about this hotel.

It's the perfect distance from the walled city and has wonderful access to the water. It's good to get to the rocks/pool area early to ensure a nice location. It's fun to jump off the rock and snorkel. The room was small but very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and the views at breakfast were amazing. The... More

Be sure to take the 5 Euro per person bus from Dubrovnik Airport. Even though they use the Kuna most accept Euros. Last stop on this bus is town center. Then take the No. 6 bus to the last stop. Easy to do but you will have to push your way onto the 6 bus. During hotel check-in the staff... More

The hotel is better than expected and giving me the swim holiday that I really enjoy. Just jump in off the reefs and go for it in the roped area Or out and join the locals who are all around. Love it. Glad I stayed here rather than theft estate.

Wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic Sea, All rooms claim sea view. Great service from all the staff, nothing was two much trouble. 20 minute bus ride to the City, bus every 10 minutes. Sadly two things lowered the standard. The bathrooms we designed so badly, that when you opened the door, you can't get in the shower, or reach the... More
