We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights in the Neptun Hotel. We had 2 standard bedrooms on the second floor which were clean and comfortable, and the views from the balcony were wonderful. The rooms were adequate for our needs, and we slept well there. The shower was powerful. The only thing I wished for was tea making facilities. We found... More

Stayed at neptun for 9 nights beginning of August, room was small and bathroom could do with up dating we were in 317 on 3rd floor. Had a side sea view which was lovely but ask for a higher floor and room at front for a spectacular view. Food good but dinner was a bit repetitive but always nice breakfast... More

Just got back from here, let me tell you why I think it's a 5/5 for TripAdvisor... Location - located just far enough from the busy Old City to be a retreat, but well connected to get into town quickly and easily. The hotel is 70m from the bus stop and a 10-minute walk from a pedestrian strip area along... More

We arrived very late after a delay with our flight but had a very friendly welcome for 1am in the morning! We were directed to our room which was on the 7th floor. It had a lovely view over towards Lapad Bay. We found this hotel to be very clean with staff that couldn't do enough for you. The beach... More

Recently returned from a 2 week holiday where we enjoyed a family room with a spectacular sea view on a high floor. The Neptun is a well-managed Hotel that gets the basics right: rooms are serviced daily; they are sufficiently equipped; Reception staff are plentiful/helpful; meals are well organised; some effort is made to avoid sunbed hogging. In addition, the... More

A surprising hotel within a complex of several hotels. The room was comfortable with its own balcony. The views were spectacular as were the sunsets. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English. The breakfast was a buffet style which was very good with a large range of foods to choose from. There is the hotel pool then... More

Had a fantastic time at this hotel, part of x complex of 4 hotels with outstanding facilities. So why a 4 rating? Read on. The swimming pools and ocean swimming access are fantastic and the dining arrangement and food for breakfast is incredible. Location is perfect and the walk along the promenade in the evening is something you must do.... More

Stayed here in June 2011. Neptun Hotel is supposedly the highest building on the Lapad peninsula of Dubrovnik, and the views from the room were pretty good. Room was comfortable enough and quiet - I would say of 3 star standard. Breakfast was an occasion with just about every type of food available in buffet, help-yourself format. This was probably... Friendly clean hotel in a great location and the staff were always helpful but we were disappointed with a few things. The pool area is too small and there are not enough sun loungers. We spent a few mornings out and about and then struggled to get a lounger by the pool when we returned. There is a beach area... More

Hotel Neptun is part of the large hotel complex called Importanne Resort. Within the resort there are different buildings with different star ratings. The Neptun building is 4-star and the resort also have some buildings that are 5-star. We stayed in a family suite, which is two double rooms with a joint entrance. Make sure that you chose a room...
