As part of a two centre holiday we stayed in Neptun Hotel Dubrovnik on second leg of holiday this hotel is very nice clean well kept etc. However found the rooms to be a little on the small side with no tea/coffee facility which I would have liked. The swimming pools one fresh one sea water are lovely and also... More

This is the second year running we have stayed at this hotel and have again had a very enjoyable stay here. The hotel is an eight storey building overlooking the sea, located at Babin Kuk about a 20 minute journey from the centre of Dubrovnik. On arrival we were quickly dealt with by Reception, all the staff speak good English.... More

Stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Neptun with a friend. Our room looked out onto the beautiful Adriatic ocean where we saw the sunset every night. Free breakfast every morning was fantastic - a great selection of fruit, meats, and various types of eggs (made to order). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the seats on... More

I have just spent two weeks at this hotel, in small cramped rooms. Room 410 Cracked wasbasin Small freestanding Wardrobe, and a small bed. Eventually offered new room 406 Slightly bigger and guess what a cracked washbasin, Room no 3 was 306 OK washbasin not damaged.Food quality was poor, never very hot and a poor selection. Had to keep asking... More

We stayed two nights here and really enjoyed it. We had a sea view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and sipping wine. The breakfast has a great selection. You get tour buses staying here. The water is very clear but no beach. Has two pools and plenty of beach chairs. The restaurants on the properties are all very good.... More

Firstly to say if you are looking for boutique this hotel is likely not for you, it's a resort complex consisting of 4 hotels ranging from 3-5 star, with the same shared facilities. On the sea, the views to the neighbouring islands are stunning. There is no beach but you swim off the flat rocks into the crystal clear sea,... More

This place was heaven! We had an incredible view of the Adriatic Sea from our room! Clean rooms & bathroom. The cleaning staff left treats after they cleaned your room. Breakfast was delicious, tons of selection. You can use all 4 pools from the 3 different Importane Hotels. The pool area down by the water is stunning!

Very nice place to stay. Local bus to Old Town is right near the hotel and you can get discounted bus tickets at the front desk. Short bus ride to Old Town. Nice beach bar and beautiful pool area. There is a quiet path along the sea that takes you to the public beach, many cafes, bars and shops. Breakfast... More

Just returned from Croatia with a group of 28 travelers. Spent a total of three nights at the Neptun on either side of a coastal cruise. Rooms are nice, clean, and the service from the staff is excellent. I had a couple of requests for guest services and they were fulfilled at rocket speed. Breakfast buffet was fine and we... More

Stayed for a week in the middle of May. We were given a room on the eighth floor which was part of a two bedroom suite, but no-one was in the other room during our stay, so we had a lounge to ourselves as well as our room, which had a balcony with spectacular views over the Adriatic and islands....
