We took two rooms at the end of September. Room 2 had access to the terrace with the best view in Dubrovnik. Unfortunately, it was extremely windy and we couldn’t really make full use of the terrace as things kept blowing away from us. I think that’s just the time of year though. Room 2 was fairly basic inside, but... More

Location and view can not get any better! It rates a 5! We stayed in room 2, with access to the fabulous terrace, with million dollar views. The room was average, the bathroom small, and the shower leaked horribly. Cash only. If you are used to upscale, go elsewhere. For the view, location, and price point, it works. The are... More

Location: can't be beat right beside the Ploce gate to the Old City. You are literally steps to the Old City. There is a fair sized Konzum grocery store just downstairs for any of your needs. View: Absolutely sweeping views from the large terrace. You can see the walls of the Old City, the hills behind Dubrovnik, the small but... More

This is a wonderful location and very central with shops, bars and restaurants close by. The city view makes the place with the rooms on the simple side. Rooms with toward the terrace are very quite. Two rooms to the street more noisy but all have (working) AC. Parking is a nightmare as it is in most of the city... More

These rooms were priceless based on the view and terrace. The villa is within a few minutes walking to the beach, the old city, a market, bakery, and laundromat. Also within a few minutes was a theatre that had authentic live folk dancing shows. We had the studio, which did not have a view, but had a kitchenette. We also... More

We are two coupls who stayed in rooms 2 & 3. Location is unbelievably perfect, only 30 yards from the entrance to the old city, 3 minute walk from the beach. The terrace is amazing, and we spent most of our time when at the apartment on the terrace, with plenty of tables & chairs for all guests. My husband... More

Villa Adriatica is literally just steps from the Ploče gate into the old town of Dubrovnik. First, I can recommend staying on this side of town as the other gate, the Pile Gate, is where most of the tourist buses unload and it is a much busier side of town. Second, I can highly recommend Villa Adriatica as a good... More

We stayed in room 1 during our visit in Dubrovnik. The room and the bathroom was average. Large enough for us with antique furniture. I have to say the sound of antique bed sounds good except when you have to sleep in it. The bed is not long enough for my husband and it squeaked loudly whenever one of us... More

I have stayed at Villa Adriatica twice and cannot recommend it enough. If you book either room 1 or 2, you have direct acces to the most amazing terrace. The family who run the villa are extremely friendly and helpful. Only a few meters outside the Villa is one of the gates to the old town, a small supermarket, bakery... More
