I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. There is only air conditioning in the reception area where the staff work. Everywhere else is like a sauna. I got bitten by what I can only presume are bed bugs every night I stayed there ( I stayed in various different types of accommodation in Dubrovnik and never got bitten once)... more

How anybody can describe this place as charming is beyond me ! Just about acceptable, it may be, charming it certainly isn't. I stayed for a night in September 2004 in one of the 4 bed rooms - the beds have headboards at each end, so that even I struggled to get comfortable (I'm 6 foot). The other problems were... more
