I booked a week at the Hotel President. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and did so well in advance of my intended stay. They said they would refund my substantial ($500) deposit. I contacted them and despite repeated promises, they never gave me my refund. Avoid this hotel, unless you want them to steal from you too. more
