I booked for nearby Ariston, also 5 star hotel, from the same chain, but upon arrival, we were upgraded to Royal princess. We got a suite, really nice, with bathroom and TV set in each one. Terrace-balcony was also a big one with a beautiful sea view. Furniture is first class, bathroom, fixtures, sinks, taps etc all high quality. Room... More

We chose this hotel based on the Trip Advisor reviews and this turned out to be the right decision. We just loved the hotel. From the moment sun goes up till sunset this place is sunny. Views from the rooms facing the sea is amazing. Rooms are huge and very comfortable with living room, huge bedroom with super king size... More

We stayed here based on the fact that it had good reviews and were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend a sea view room since it is nice to have a drink on the balcony overlooking the sea. Since we stayed there in November, it was very quiet, but this was great since we had the pools, saunas, etc to... More

After all the bad weather we experienced in the last city we were in, getting to Dubrovnik was a treat. Gazing at the the wonderful, breath-taking views of the Adriatic with its crystal clear azure waters on our way to our hotel was already very exciting and reassuring. The Royal Princess was also a great sight to our eyes tired... More

We had a superb half term break at Royal Princess hotel and knew it was going to be good but the overall holiday was beyond expectation. This is an all suite hotel and with two children we booked a sea view with the best sea view we have ever seen. The suite had a kitchen and separate WC and bathroom... More

Great hotel for service and location overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Make sure you get a sea view room - definitely worth the extra. A local bus stops very near to the hotel for the 15 minutes ride into Old Town. Try the Cave Bar and Move Hotel just along the sea path - both excellent.

I booked this hotel for my husbands birthday (i do a different city each year) and the sea view suite is incredible....stunning hotel and fabulous staff ...close enough to the old town not to walk but 5 mins in a taxi (use hotels taxi its cheaper about 8 pound) buses run every 10 mins and plenty of bars and restaurant... we have just returned from a four night stay at this hotel and on entering we were met by an outstanding view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink while our room was being prepared. We were informed when it was ready and when we walked in WOW! a very spacious living room... More

If Dubrovnik is the pearl of the Adriatic, the Royal Princess Hotel is a gem in its crown. Before my family and I even arrived from Chicago, we were treated like royalty at this exceptionally well-managed hotel. Communication was quick and clear via email. Transportation was provided by the hotel, who sent a jovial driver to pick us up in... More

I can only concur with the previous couple of reviews. This is a fantastic location to stay and the Hotel and it's staff are the icing on the cake. We weren't fortunate enough to have a sea view room but the suite we were in had two bathrooms and all the luxurious items which make a holiday special. We loved... More
