We stayed in two different appartements for our stay in Dubrovnik. Both were cozy, clean and modern with everthing you needed. We were welcomed with a big smile and a lot of useful information on sights and restaurants. Highly recommended is the fish restaurant in the harbor! Poor wifi connection.

Great location - right in middle of Old Town, only few mins walk to most attractions, harbour & city walls. Nikolina, the hotel manager, is absolutely wonderful! My flight was delayed by several hours due to bad weather & I was in constant contact with Nikolina. She was so helpful and as I arrived at 3.30am in torrential rain &... More

Located in the old town, far enough away to be able to get a good night sleep but 2 mins from everything so brilliant! The lady who owns it is very nice and helpful, nothing to much to ask. The room was nice, basic, but to be honest we didn't need anything else. Even a kitched/dining area downstairs to cook... More

I would recommend staying here while in Dubrovnik. The location is in the heart of it all and we felt we received a true Croatian experience here. Nikolina is a great host. They can pick you up at the airport for a fee. The room was a little bit small but I'm sure everything is inside the city walls. There's... More

We stayed for 4 nights and are an early 30's couple...To add to the wealth of positive reviews about this hotel: 1) The service at the hotel is amazing - the host could not be better, more helpful and generally lovely. 2) Rooms are charming, pretty, modern, clean and perfectly in keeping with Dubrovnik 3) The building is SUPERBLY located... We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. Its perfectly located to walk around the old town. Its close to everything, shops, port, resturants, bars. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need to have a good stay - air con, fridge. The owner is lovely. She is so helpul and friendly. She give us... More

From the first email I received from Nikolina she couldn't of been more helpful and after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to book a triple room, which was a bit small for 3 ladies with 3 bags but overall it suited our needs and it was in a fab location and was great value for money. Nikolina... More

Cozy hotel in the heart of old town but in a quiet side street. Rooms are a bit small, but nice and clean. Price - quality ratio is excellent and service is absolutely lovely. There's no restaurant at the hotel, but a lot of good ones nearby.

What they lack in luxury is made up with great location and extra warm service. The top floor of the main building is a bit of a task to get large baggages up and down, and the sloping ceiling might be an issue if you're tall.

This hotel was nice and in a great location. Nikolina was very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. Her husband picked us up from the airport in their van. It was very easy. Both locations of Buza bar, a very cool cliff bar, are very close by. Unfortunately, Nikolina requires you pay cash for your room. I have never heard... More
