We came for breakfast, restaurant was not full but even still the service was as terrible as can be. Waiter was horribly without patience, very unhelpful and even rude. Orders came wrong and several things were missing. Not recommended AT ALL!

Dear guest, We ar werry sorry for your bed expiriance with breakfast in Sesame. Let me ashure you that this is not ouer buissnes policy. All happens due som unfortunate sircumstances (staff problem). The restaurant is in a very good place and the atmosphere is great. The beef with truffels is a must! The menu is not very thick -only few main dishes but as you can expect from this kind of restaurants -they're all delicious. The red wine from local winery is very good and I'm glad I took the advise of... More

Unexpecedly excellent food and great service. Do not expect a usual menu, as the meals we had were real arts from the kitchen. Amazing variety of tastes and proper quality raw materials. The waiters were really kind with great humour. We liked it. Please expect mid high prices as for 1 shared starter, 2 main meal, 1 dessert, 1 bottle... More

We had this place recommended to us by a local who said the chef was one of the best in Croatia. They weren't wrong. We had 3 courses and they were all amazing. Two types of tortellini for starter, lamb and duck for main course, and chocolate cake and pannacotta for desert all amazing. The view atmosphere in the roof... More

Firstly People seem to mistake sesame for a hotel when it is a B&B and considering how expensive the rest of dubrovnik is the price is very reasonable. The location its perfect, just a few mins walk away from the old town and a nice pebel beach which is great for swimming in. Our room was clean and had much... More

I am staying at the Sezame for a number of years now - alone or with my spouse. It offers a pleasant accommodation (B&B - single and double rooms) in an old house in a wonderful location (150 m from the Pile Gate, close to Lovrijenac and Danče, across the street from the Hilton Imperial Hotel); what is especially important... This hotel has a good location to the city walls although it is more like an apart hotel. Although it is a b&b breakfast has to be paid for separately. Nothing surprising here but considering what we were paying it was a surprise. The biggest surprise though was the filthy bathroom and specifically toilet. All full of grime that it... More

Room was okay, bed was not the most comfortable (softer pillows would be nicer). I could not access wifi from my room, either had to stand at the end of the corridor or go outside around to the restaurant where I got a good signal.

I had one night in Dubrovnik so wanted to choose a convenient hotel. Sesame was just a short walk from the Pile gate which made it easy for late night and early morning explorations of the walled city. The hotel was basic and the art around the room was local and interesting. I found the room comfortable enough and very... More

I stayed one night. The location is obviously what sold me. I stayed by myself in a room that had 2 twin beds. It was a rather sparse room; the beds were a bit narrow, with thin wool blankets. The floor was a bare wood floor with a small bedside rug. I was cold when I woke up.The bathroom, though... More
