OK , those are my notes from then but if TA allowed it, it is a "Good" but not a VG ! The counter staff were Fabulous , no doubt, nothing was a problem and they were very helpful. The food was average which matched the weather ! We had the pleasure of the heaviest rainfall EVER recorded in History... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The Hotel is in a main promenade zone. Excellent staff, everyone was incredibly pleasant, professional and helpful. They welcomed us and informed about the amenities of the hotel and offered suggestions about the best way to enjoy our time in Dubrovnik. The Room is furnished in a combination of classic and modern style with... More

As above this must rank as one of the worst restaurants not only in Dubrovnik but Croatia. The prawn tagliatelle was simply shrimp covered in a little thousand island dressing and covered in cooked pasta. The Greek salad was salty and inedible. It was as if they employed a thirteen year old school kid to prepare the dinner. When I... More

We had good luck with hotels on our recent trip to Greece, Croatia and Montenegro; this was probably the least good place. It was decent, no more than that. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. The location is good, about 3 miles from the old town but on the bus line. The hotel itself seems a bit tired and... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The room was very small and the furniture old. Due to the bad reviews we did not have dinner here. The breakfast was terrible, especially the instant-coffee and the so-called juice. The location is nice, in the pedestrian road of Lapad. Would not stay there again.

We made the mistake of visiting this place for dinner. The staff could not have been more happy to find us a table and it was very busy, so we thought the place was good. How wrong could we be!! The waiter was rude and grunted at us. Whilst waiting for our food we were given a tuna pate type... More

We stayed here for 4 nights for a city break. I had read the reviews on trip adviser beforehand, but most reviews were about the food. When we arrived, I was quite impressed with the room. It was similar to a premier inn; the bed was comfy and the air conditioning (if a little noisy) kept the room cool most... More

We made the mistake of visiting this establishment tonight for dinner. We should have known better - after all, 'hotels' tend to be more expensive. But I expect them to be honest. We had ordered, and received our drinks, and we're waiting for our food. We were presented with bread and a tuna paste we had not asked for -... More

Stayed for 1 night in transit in a 2 room apt on the 4th floor. No lift/elevator, very poor air conditioning so the rooms were boiling hot in July, very strange collection of furniture and restaurant is average with terrible service. Our middle aged waiter had a very negative attitude and we felt we were doing him a favor by... More

Hotel is in a pedestrianised zone. No lift in the building, luckily we were on the 1st floor. Room was ok but in need of TLC as was the bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed, so had to find one out of the linen closed ourselves. Breakfast was ok, usual choices.
