We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2009. Initially, we were a bit concerned ... you approach the hotel along a busy main road, and the area didn't look too great at first impressions. Just returned from Split, stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location couple minutes away from famous promenade Riva. Rooms are big, spacious, clean, and only disadvantage is that there is no good views (although we were upgraded in a Executive room). They have an excellent small Spa with good therapist. I cannot understand the previous reviews suggesting this hotel needs to be closer to the 'old town' (make that 2000+ year-old town, which is stunning).
