We took the late flight from Zagreb to Split and arrived at the city center around 23:00, which was not a problem, because some locals helped us to find the hotel in the narrow alleys of the Diocletian's Palace. Despite our late arrival, they were waiting for us at the hotel. Instead of a double bed, we got two single... More

The hotel cant be reached by taxi as its located within the walls but that's just a small downside. We called the hotel upon arrival and they sent someone down to pick us up (5 mins away). Hotel was clean and well appointed - lady receptionist was very helpful and gd recommendations with restaurants. Overall, very gd hotel and not... More

It was my first time in Split and Croatia as well. I chose this hotel because of its location and I think I couldn't do better thing! Staff is exceptional, they were really helpful especially when I was lost about three times :) To be honest, Diocletian's palace looks like a maze. Rooms were very clean, comfy and cozy. I... More

We initially booked with Diocletian Palace Hotel but requested a balcony upon check in. The reception lady was great and said we could have one but it would be with Jupiter's... which is in the same building and one and the same with Diocletian Palace Hotel. My wife and I (on our honeymoon) were absolutely rapt with our room! Balcony... More

Very disappointed in this Hotel- well placed in the centre of Split - rooms OK but took 3 days to get a Shower Mat and the mirror light in the Bathroom still not fixed. No Restaurant/Bar in Hotel - no info given when we arrived where the Breakfast was served or possible use of Jacuzzi - had to book but... More

Impossible to list all the things wrong with this hotel in a short review. It's location is excellent and it is reasonably clean are the only positives. Our first encounter was at check in when we asked how the person was doing, his answer was "terrible". Soon, we would be joining him in that state of terrible..... The jacuzzi (as... More

We booked a Double , Superior room. We stayed only one night in room 201. It is on the second floor. The room was large and had a nice balcony overlooking the restaurants below. It was nice to sit out there and have a glass of wine. The bathroom was great, large shower with rainshower faucet. The lavender soaps and... More

The Jupiter Luxury Hotel is a newly renovated boutique hotel in the heart of the Diocletian Palace. Most rooms include architectural vestiges from the original palace, beautifully and artfully displayed and lighted to enrich their beauty. You open the window and you are immediately transported back In time as you look down on ancient balconies and passage ways. What we... More

I had a great stay at the Jupiter Heritage Hotel. I stayed here alone on a group trip because the hotel where my friends were staying was sold out. At first I was bummed to be separated the group, but it turned out I had picked the best one! I stayed in a junior suite that was very well appointed,... More
