Be prepared for a once a life time experience. It feels like you are going back in time, and effectively your are. Live the experience of a hotel in a city that dates almost 1700 years and the Palace dates back to 350 AD. Okay..the hotel. Very nicely built, a little tight but installations are good. I found the decor... More

This small hotel is situated within Split's palace walls so an excellent location for exploring the old town area with excellent bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Rooms were spotless and staff were friendly. We travelled with our 5 month old baby and I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to travellers with babies as there wasn't a great deal of... More

The Jupiter Heritage Hotel is not easy to find.Tucked into the narrow passages of Diocletian's Palace with the barely-marked reception down a narrow uninviting alley, it would be nigh impossible to find if not for the exceptional help of the staff. Travelers with large bags will find it challenging to bump along the Roman-era cobbles and up the steps from... More

It was a nice hotel with good location just in the middle of the old town of Split. The room was also good, clean but the bathroom was very small. We stayed at Split just for two nights before going to Hvar and we really liked both the hotel and old town. Hotel was very closed to bars, dining places... More

This hotel is in a perfect location but bear in mind it is a pain to get your luge in and out due to being in a pedestrian only zone. It was difficult to find but wonderful after we checked in to be so close to everything. The room was quite small and not like the photos and the lack... More

Thankfully, the hotel staff met us the first time we arrived, as it is a bit confusing to find the hotel. We stayed before and after our Dalmatian cruise and the location of the hotel was terrific as it related to seeing the Palace and access to the pier. The breakfast was fabulous ...... a lot of variety, fresh, plentiful.... More

The hotel is relatively easy to find amongst the maze of stone alleyways that wind through the palace. Speedy check-in and offered 10% off if we paid in cash. We stayed for 7 nights B&B To get to our room we had to take two lifts - not a problem and expected in a hotel that spreads over several floors... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in June. Right in the heart of the city very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was wonderful best hotel mattress to date. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of variety for all. The ingredients were very fresh and well prepared. Only grumble was there was no hot water one night but on the whole a... More

My wife and I were on honeymoon and stayed here for 4 nights. We read through the reviews before booking - most were helpful but some just stupid by people who don't read the hotel's description. We had hired a car so were driving into Split. The hotel is located in the old town down by the port. It is... More
