This hotel has a terrific location on the pedestrian promenade overlooking the harbor, a short stroll from the historic city center, the street market, etc. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated: fresh paint, new curtains and carpets, etc. There weren't lots of amenities, just the usual TV and mini-bar, but everything was clean and fresh. The bathroom had... more

The hotel is in a great location on the main marina promenade with great sea views. It's double glazed, so we never found noise a problem. The rooms are pretty average, with cable TV and airconditioning and a small bathroom, with a weird shower, that is fullly enclosed, including the top. It has this touchpad that turns on a light,... more

We stayed here in June as the start of an island hopping holiday in Croatia. We found the rooms small but clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location was superb and very handy for the bus station and ferry port. Breakfast was good. My only criticism was dinner. It was expensive and not very good. Eat in... more

We came to this hotel with some trepidation, having read an earlier Trip Advisor review. It could hardly have been more different! As all the reviews have said, the location is brilliant, facing the port, beside Diocletian's Palace and close to the buses and ferries. Our room overlooked the harbour and had air-conditioning, double-glazing and shutters which kept out any... more

We stayed at the Adriana for one night prior to heading off island hopping along the Dalmatian Coast. I think if you accept the Hotel for what it is and set your expectations accordingly its more than adequate as a base for one or two nights. The location is fantastic, and yes the rooms are a little tired and basic... more

This “hotel” (that makes it sound better than it is) is over a terribly smoky restaurant, so checking in requires stinking up yourself and all of your belongings before even cramming into the tiny elevator and making it up to your room. It only gets worse from there. The rooms are horribly dingy, with worn carpet, stained window treatments, and... more

This hotel is just outside the ancient walls, right on the waterfront. Our room was a good size. The shower had a built-in radio and you could adjust the spray to come sideways as well. Breakfast was eggs cooked to order, bread, juice, and tea/coffee. Overall we were satisfied with this place. more

Room was on the small side; bathroom was modern-looking but lacking in comfort; hotel restaurant is good, breakfast is included and it's not just continental (there's bread, but also lattes and omelettes) and the best thing is the location, right on the waterfront and near the Palace. Very pricey for the kind of room you get. In summer, the outdoor... more

We stayed there our first night during our holidays in Croatia. The hotel was very easy to find even we had never visited Split before. The airport bus arrives only few hundred meters from the hotel, it is situated just on the Riva. Room was small, but had good modern bathroom and minibar. We did not have a view from... more
