We went to hotel Peristil this August. I think the people were so nice and the food in the restaurant was very traditional and delicious. Also the room had a nice view to the city center. And I can highly recommend it! It was lovely.

We have stayed at Peristil several times on visits to Split; in fact we don't stay anywhere else. The hotel is right in Diocletian's Palace and has been meticulously done to fit in and not intrude. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed with some even having original Palace walls showing. The owner and staff are amazing! They are... More

Hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at. Owner and staff are always there, ready to help with anything - luggage, travel questions, transportation, food and outing advice, you name it. Located inside the Diocletian's Palace walls, this place is 5 minutes walk to anywhere. Great place overall. You have an actual 1700 year old palace wall inside your... More

As the case with many of my reviews of Croatia's hotels during our recent honeymoon, we were virtually alone in this hotel. The woman at reception (never got her name!) was really helpful and even came to pick us up at the ferry terminal and walked us over. She also had people bring our luggage to our room as there... We only had one night here. It was quiet at night ( maybe because it's the end of the tourist season ) .... possibly due to location too, which is quite central yet out of the hub hub. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with cool music playing ( sound tracks from old movies) ..... made us smile and laugh... More

We had a beautifully appointed room in this hotel right within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. The service was great, and, as opposed to most breakfast buffets, there was a breakfast menu we were able to order from. The meal was delicious! We had friends who had smaller rooms, but ours was spacious.

For a 3 star, this hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was more than adequate. They welcomed us early and didn't chase us out. The WiFi worked well, the breakfast was hearty (omelette with extra bacon recommended). The location was perfect for us as first time visitors to the old part of split. This hotel gets the... More

This place has a great location, in the best part of split. You can walk everywhere and it is also close to the ferry terminal if you want to take a trip to the islands. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was free. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was ok.

I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making us feel really welcome, for being very friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my father in law who has mobility problems. The hotel is in a very convenient location inside the walls of the Diocletian's Palace, every... More

Loved this place. Location is great, right in the Palace walls. Service was superb and we found the room just right. Including the little alcove (or the "lounge" as we called it). Of note there is no elevator so stairs only of that is going to be relevant.
