I think that this hotel was built in the 1970's and nothing has been renovated since then (including the furniture and carpets). There are a lot of amenities and services (some of them closed) that can indicate that the hotel formerly had much more luxe and category, but now.... Rooms are not OK. Beds are not confortable, Carpets are dirty... more

Went to Croacia about some days ago, and don't have booked any hotel in Split. We founf Hotel Split that I have heard about, we have paid 144,00EUR for a double room with breakfast for 1 night. The hotel are very old, the swiming pool very tiny and don't have direct acess to the beach. more

We were there for a week end May/beginning june. Mattresses not the most comfortable but otherwise the hotel lived up to our expectations. Very pleasant and helpful staff, free interenet access, good breakfast with a choice of hot or cold food. Overall, an enjoyable experience in a pleasant hotel. more

Stayed at Hotel Split after staying in hostels. The room was fine, and the staff was friendly. The one disadvantage is that It is far from town, in a suburban/apartment complex setting. The bus stop is about 2 blocks away--why isn't there a stop at the hotel...? Next time I would stay closer to the town center. more

Stayed at Split Hotel middle June. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Foyer cool and relaxaing. Safe at reception. Available 24 hrs. Breakfast absolutely delicious. It is definately worth getting up for even after a late night out.
