We stayed there before going to the marina at split to get on the yacht we chartered for a week. The owner of the apartments kept a space in the street for our car (very much appreciated). We walked to the main part of split from the apartment. The room was ok for us. The breakfast was ok as well.... More

The room and bathroom are a good size; bigger than typical Europe hotel rooms. These apartments (no kitchen) are on the first floor of a building. There is not a lobby, but the woman who works there is nice, brings breakfast, and responds to emails quickly. It is a 15 minute walk from the bus station. 10 minutes to walk... More

We booked last minute and did not know there was the Ultra festival in Split that weekend, so most accommodations were full or terribly pricy. It turned out that by accident our room in Aspalathos was double booked due to a system error. We were informed by Nino, the owner and they promised to accomodate us elsewhere, a bit out... More

We booked this place since it was close to the heart of the city. The room is very clean and they give a good hearty breakfast.. We weren't able to finish it on most days. The only downside is the price..given that its in an apartment with one floor converted into tourist stays, 90 euros a night is steep. It... More

I arrived at the bus station from Kotor and tried to get a taxi to the apartments- they were not interested as they said it was close by!!! turning right after leaving the bus station It was in fact an uphill walk of about 10-15mins - had to ask 5/6 people where the apartments were, in fact the 1st street... Untill I arrived to Split, my experience in Croatia was that it is difficult to get breakfast outside (I found out it is not so in Split and Dubrovnick). Almost all the choices in Booking.com, within the price range of 50-99 Euro did not offer breakfast. Apartments Aspalathos was one of the few who did. This and the proximity to... More

Excellent location with nice interior and very comfortable bed although can be slightly noisy on weekends. None the less we though the appartment was great value for money and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere right in the heart of the old town.

We stayed here for five nights in August 2012 and took day trips to the surrounding islands. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and the city. It was very hot in town, but the aircon in the room kept us cool. Breakfast was served to your room at a time of your choosing.. the options... More

I stayed at Apartments Aspalathos with my girlfriend for two nights in July '12. The location is good, a 7 minute walk from the city, and the price was fair. The room was small, but in good shape. Nice bathroom with shower. The Apartment consists of four rooms in a small hall, and there was some noise from the hall... More

We stayed overnight in Apartments Aspalathos. The host family were very friendly and helpful. They understand and speak english very well. You can pay only cash! Breakfast included in the price and it were so good and taste! You can choose for example coffee, croissant, bread, fruits and yoghourt. (You must take vanilla croissant, it was yummy!) And the host... More
