I was staying in room 5 minute walk from reception. Room was clean and nice with my own shower, I got towels in room, TV is manly Croatian, Air Con is working nice and quiet. Lady on reception was nice and polite. Really fair price for double bed room. 17€ with taxes. Location of room is great, peaceful neighborhood during... More

This is a charming little room- a nice one, too- that you take this alley, that turn, this alley, duck under this little bridge, down that dark alleyway, past this little garden, turn here, turn there, down this way, oh! here we are.......and there you are safe and snug, but it's a really good idea to backtrack to reception just... Stayed here for 3 days for Ultra Music Festival 2014. Apart from location, the room itself was great… the worst part of it is… the name of the place is extremely similar to a luxury hotel. So we ended up at the hotel and they were very nice to take us to the hostel (they are not even affiliated). As... More

I stayed there twice on my trip to Croatia, once by accident when we arrived in the rain and our first choice was full. Then I booked it for a second night on my way back from the islands, because it was so nice. The beds were soft and clean, the location was fantastic (inside Diocletian's Palace: ancient Roman ruins... More

This isn't a hostel it's a collection of rooms around old town. There is no common area therefore no way to meet other people. Our apartment was almost underground, no light, the internet and TV didn't work and there was black mold in the shower. We've stayed in poor accommodations before but never paid €70 a night for the experience!... More

Pros: Location is unbeatable, really helpful staff, nice looking rooms, laundry service Cons:Cold showers, beds that keep breaking, small lockers, air conditioning that doesn't work, unisex bathrooms. Dorms maybe aren't as bad as the apartments reviewed here.

This hostel is a pleasant place to stay, however it does have a few faults. My friends and I didn't like that you couldn't lock the rooms, and that the showers were always cold. Staff could have been friendlier and more helpful and the beds could have been a lot comfier. The location and cleanliness meant that the problems previously... More

We booked a double room via booking.com in this Hostel. It was never explained anywhere that the room, actually an apartment, was remote from the hostel and from the old town. The apartment was dirty, wet, it stinked, there were bugs. The two single beds were old, and dirty, and all of this for the lovely price of 70 euros... More

I stayed in 3 places in Croatia and this was by far the worst value for money. I was in one of the apartments: room itself was ok and in a great location, but the wifi didn't work (and the guy at reception told me he was too busy to fix it), there wasn't enough hot water, and the walls... More

I stayed in a 12-bed dorm, the hostel is not easy to find, the room is not properly aired and constantly open to anyone (you get a locker for your belongings but not everything fits). The sanitaries are unisex and dreadful (only a curtain for the shower, anyone can get in while you shower). It's an OK alternative for a... More
