Having never been to Kharkiv I booked this hotel online. It was everything I expected it to be. Polite and respectful employees from Manager to maids. The rooms are typicallyEuropean smallish but the service and great breakfeast make up for it. it is centrally located and full of buiness people from all over the world. I loved the Chichikov!! more
