Elegant and very large room with full amenities, huge bathroom! . Very good, attentive and polite front desk service. Breakfast is served in the room. Will for sure stay again whilst visiting Kharkiv.

Having stayed here for more than a month in total during several business trips I have nothing but good to say about staff, room, services and the overall quality of the hotel. All personnel speak English, and are very polite and customer service oriented. Rooms I stayed in all had a small minibar (could be bigger) and all the necessities... More

Stayed for 1 night on the way from Moscow to Crimea, definitely will come back. Rooms: absolutely great design, cozy and have all the necessary appliance: TV, mini-bar, safe, comfortable arm-chair etc. What I loved the most was the bathroom. It is a delight - clean, spacious, well-equipped, had excellent bath-line products. I could stay there for several hours if... More

Best hotel in Kharkiv with everything you need. Spacious rooms, cleaniness, and helpful staff. The area arund hotel is not as bad - mix of residential areas, aviation university buildings, park and some industrial areas. But it is northern tip of the city; however not very far from the center, but less suitable if you need to visit several locations.... More

Stayed here during Euro 2012 on two different occasions. No problems whatsoever. The room was pretty modern, especially the bathroom, and the front staff always had a smile on their faces. As others have said, the only downside is the location - not near the city center. Wifi was provided free, which is a great thing about hotels in Ukraine.... More

From the outside you might feel like you possibly made an incorrect choice. Don't worry! As soon as you take your first step in the hotel you are greeted by very welcoming staff who will do anything they can to make your stay more comfortable. I lost my phone while out on evening and asked reception to call the police... More

I really like the comfort of this hotel - most likely the best comfort in Kharkiv. However the disadvantage with this hotel is of course that it is located far away from the city center. The restaurant is good - even though the courses are a little bit small. The service is good, and the staff is relatively good in... More

It's a good hotel for Ukrainian standards - new, clean, with WiFi and with friendly staff.... but that's about it. When I entered my room it stunk with smoke. The receptionist said they don't have any other rooms available even the hotel looked almost empty (no cars on the parking lot and no people inside) so I'm not sure if... More

Although quite poorly located if you want to stay in the city center, I found Cosmopolit hotel a quite solid one. With reasonably spacious rooms, functioning elevator, perfectly working wi-fi in ALL the hotel (including the excellent Restaurant they have), and a nice and comfortable style, I would come back. Apart from the location, there are some other downsides: My... More
