+ Good Location Good price Helpfull personal Extremely good and tasty breafast - Not functional in rooms. For example: 1) hotel proposes a hairdryer, but not any socket in bathroom or even whereever in front of mirror; 2) cold water appear only after 5 minutes of waiting; 3) Empty bar - only a bottle of still water.

Probably not the best hotel in Kharkiv, but ok, and absolutely good value for the money. Clean rooms, ok breakfast and friendly staff. The location could not be better, close to the metro and the mailn street. Would stay there again.

I was there over December 2011 and I can truthfully say that this Hotel is one of the better hotels in Kharkov. The hotel assistants spoke English and were friendly which made a nice change. They could do to improve the breakfast menu, but it seems standard in Ukraine to keep this an unlavish affair.
