There are several major problems with this hotel. First, as per previous comments, they insist on cash - despite telling you when booking that a credit card is OK. The same excuse - the machine is not working comes out. The rooms are nothing like the photos on the web-site. Also the proces they charge for drinks is extortion -... more

This hotel is alright, if and ONLY IF you get the right rooms. There are not many hotel options in Kharkov to begin with, so you will most likely end up staying here if you're in town. My advice is to get a room on the lowest floor possible, because the elevator is ----. This is at least a 14... more
