Hotel in terrible condition. Lifts did not function, and I was on the 13th floor. 10 plus contingent of security guards slouched over the sofas in reception area smoking like chimneys!! No one new English at even elementary level. Suite was sparse and bath room was basic even the towels were torn cut offs!! I had no choice with this... more
