The Black Sea Novy Hotel Privoz (also known as the Chernoye More Privoz) was wonderful after a bad experience at a previous hotel. The staff are polite and spoke excellent English, the rooms were clean and modern, the shower was hot and powerful. Wifi is available in the lobby and some of the rooms. The rooms and service were fine. They were clean and very "Western" in the sense that the shower actually worked! However, prostitution is rampant in Odessa and this hotel was no exception.
