This hotel advertises itself as a four-stars property but in fact it is barely on a par with a two-stars standards. They charge prices on the same level as best hotels in Paris or London do (won't get a room cheaper than USD200) but they deliver nothing in return. The worst part is staff - they just could not care... more

Fantastic location right in the heart of the port at the bottom of the Potemkin steps. The hotel is a bit of an eyesore, but at least you can't see it when you're in it....! Great views from well insulated rooms - two huge cruise liners docked overnight while we were there and we didn't hear a thing. The rooms... more
