When you find a cockroach in the bathroom, all the rest is secondary. Hygiene is the hotel soft spot. Otherwise, great location next to opera, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room spacious, bed not comfy. Curtains transparent so you sleep in daylight.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Odessa, close to famous Opera and central Deribasovskaya Street. Our room was on the top floor facing the central street, clean and well maintained, equipped with a safe, TV and free wi-fi. The shower was excellent and easy to use. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, helping us to get... More

The entrance to this hotel deserves its delusions of grandeur. The floor is white marble and walking down the steps to reception you get glimpses of a by gone era. You are greated with a friendly smile and staff who have an excellent command of the english language. The bedroom is simple. The high ceilings give the rooms an airy... More

We went first time to Odessa with my husband so decided to be in a city center to see all sights of the city, thats why we choosed this hotel. Hotel is small, rooms a bit old but all what we needed we had - hot water, teapot, bed. Breakfast was nice - eggs, sousages, sweets, fruits, salad, fish, meat... More

This hotel is located in the very center of the city, next to Opera house with easy access to some of the best restaurants in Odessa and the sea embankment. I was impressed by staff - everyone was unbelievably welcoming, smiling and ready to help. They guided us to some good restaurants around. Breakfast was varied and is set in... More

We stayed 3 nights here in Sept. The staff, except for Irina, is cold and unsmiling almost to the point of being rude. I asked the waitress to turn on the breakfast room lights but she said they weren't working. I had to ask for a different room because the first one was small and dilapidated. My husband booked a... Really enjoyed the location, and thought it was a lovely hotel. Yes, some noise does drift in from the street depending which way your room faces (mine was towards the street/ opera building. Plan ahead and take ear plugs. I found the rooms to be a decent size (on fourth floor), but the furnishings a bit flowery and dated. Breakfast... More

I appreciated the it was in the city center, the room had an adequate space, free wireless. I didn't like that during the night it was quite noisy (from outside), the curtain was too thin (at 5 am you were waking up by the sun...). The breakfast was poor. The staff rarely greet you. Finally, it was really expensive: about... More
