We often stay here for a night or two when we visit Antigua. It is the perfect place to stay if you are getting in late or have an early morning departure. It isn't always quiet but I have yet to find a place that is. The staff is always efficient.. anytime of the day. The hotel is even better... More

I am in Antigua once or twice a year for work and vacation, and I almost always stay at Casa Cristina. It's quiet because it's a few blocks from the central plaza, but it's close enough to walk everywhere you want to go. And it's always super clean.

When I reviewed Casa Cristina years ago, I said I’d finally found a place I’d go back to. And I have been, for a few nights each summer, ever since. I’m always expected and warmly greeted. I get one of the rooms I’ve requested. I can count on a comfortable bed, there’s always hot water, and the wifi has always... More

I spent a lovely 3 nights at Casa Cristina and enjoyed it so much that I have booked there on the 2 occasions I have since visited Antigua. I have stayed in both the most expensive and cheapest rooms available and both were clean and comfortable. For the extra money you get more space, a prettier decor, more natural light... More

I recently spent five weeks at Hotel Casa Cristina. I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and the view from the beautiful rooftop garden spectacular. Rosario and all of the hotel staff are courteous and conscientious -- lovely people. My stay was most enjoyable.

The rooms are very clean. The reading room and the rooftop patio are great. Water, coffee, tea and computer always available. Rosario and Carlos are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel!

Casa Cristina was just what I was looking for in Antigua - reasonably priced ($33/night), quiet, clean, great location walkable to everything. The rooftop is lovely at all times of day but especially the early morning! I was in room 6 on the second floor with a window to the street. (Bring earplugs as there was some noise like church... We loved our stay at Casa Cristina. Trip planning was aided by easy, efficient communication via email the month before. The rooftop terrace was such a lovely addition to the experience: a gorgeous spot to drink coffee and watch the sunrise and hit the volcanoes, or to chill in the evening and look out over the city. We loved the... More

We stayed at Casa Cristina in 2012 with a group of 13. The management was very accommodating and able to assist with transportation and tour arrangements. It helped that Rosario speaks excellent English. The view from the roof patio is breathtaking. The hotel is in the middle of the block on a side street so street traffic noise is minimal.... More

Quiet hotel, very close to Antigua´s main plaza with very friendly service. The rooms are very different one from the others, pick the right one. The best are on the top floor. Don´t forget to go to the terrace to watch the light at sunrise.
