I loved Casa Florencia. I stayed there for 4 nights, it is located on a nice cobbled stone street within easy walking distance to the main part of the central city. But here are also coffee shops and restaurants very near by. This little hotel is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I was with a large group and... more

We stayed at Casa Florencia on and off for three weeks as we were travelling around Guatemala. On every occasion we found it exceptional. Its the cleanest hotel Ive stayed in during six months of travelling - the cleaners were always scrubbing away and sweeping up it was absolutely spotless. The rooms are a good size, with modern bathrooms -... more

Casa Florencia was a very nice place to stay during our Holy Week visit. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They helped confirm reservations in Spanish for me and were knowledgeable about the area. They also kept the place spotless! It has a very nice ambience... fresh floral arrangements, sitting benches to relax, hearty and delicious breakfast included, and... more

Casa Florencia is a small hotel within safe walking distance to the center of town. The rooms are immaculate and the staff very nice and friendly. The breakfast, which is included in the very reasonable price, is just terrific, very substantial. A bag breakfast was even prepared for us when we were leaving before breakfast hours. Our room was on... more

Casa Florencia Hotel is small and a bit out of the main area of Antigua, but still an easy walk everywhere. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The only drawback would be it is a bit noisy in the morning when people are walking around and talking. Would definitely recommend though! Antigua is a great colonial town... more

I have been using this hotel as our main stay in Antigua for the last 6 years. The hotel is spotless, attractive, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet area of Antigua. The beds are comfortable, with cable TV. The hot showers work well. They also serve a great breakfast for a... more

My stay at the Casa Florencia was very, very enjoyable. The owner, and hands on manager Patricia, greeted me warmly when I checked in. I had several friendly e mails from her when I made my reservation and she was just as gracious in person. The hotel was a very safe haven away from the noise and crowds that you... more

What a great hotel! The rooms are immaculate and very well kept. As a matter of fact, the entire place is spotless. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This is a tiny place. Only 11 rooms. No fancy lobby. No massage therapists. No overblown amenities. Just a wonderful small hotel that is a steal at about... more

We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. The customer service was excellent. We stayed upstairs and enjoyed the view of the 3 volcanoes. The location was conveniently located near the main plaza and many restaurants. We enjoyed freshly brewed coffee every morning provided by the hotel. And... more

After checking the reviews on this website we decided to stay at Casa Florencia and it was all worth it. The hotel is very clean, the room had all the necessities (good warm shower, deposit box and even a tv), the bed was good, the service very good and the staff very nice. The upper floor does indeed have a... more
