My son and I spent three nights at Casa Madeleine. The B&B was immaculate, comfortable, and the staff very welcoming! Enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the beautiful gardens. The staff were also very helpful with advice on what attractions to visit in Antigua. Would stay here again!

One of the best Bed and Breakfast that I have ever stayed at. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and very clean. We visited the spa also and the service was excellent. I will be returning again very soon.

My husband and I booked two nights and ended up staying one more. The staff was more than friendly and made sure our every need was taken care of. The only slight issue was not having consistent WIFI, for us it didn't matter much, but if you depend on it, might have to look somewhere else, unless they fixed the... More

Lush gardens, friendly staff, spotless room, delicious breakfast. It was everything we could have possibly wanted for our 2 day splurge in Antigua after several days at Lake Atitlan. I would give 5 stars, but when I tried to set up some day tours through the hotel via email, the hotel was completely unresponsive. We went ahead and set up... More

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel looks amazing and offer great breakfast, it is a bit outside the center but has rooms with balconies and spa, hotel staff are really friendly and helped with recommendations and arrangements.

Casa Madeleine is a beautiful, restful, comfortable oasis in the midst of the lovely, very old city of Antigua, Guatemala. The staff went above and beyond normal duties to make us feel special and spoiled. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when another opportunity comes up.

I took this vacay to just get away from everything. And it was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the mountains, with super friendly people, excellent food and great massage therapist. It was all the r&r I needed.

My husband, adult son and I shared the suite for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. We liked the location as it was quiet and just a short walk beyond the edge of the market. It’s a lovely B&B, low key and friendly. The bath was large and nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable and the large walk-in closet... More

My wife and I stayed for 3 nites in the suite, I must say the room was very nice with great views of the volcano. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakast was fresh and delish every morning. We also enjoyed a lovely 60min massage on the property for a great $$. Overall Casa Madeleine... More

We stayed there for a week... and would have moved after the first day if it had been possible. There was no help with tours at all, and it was not quiet unless you don't count the trucks shifting gears as they stop at the corner. I asked about travel agencies, and was told there are none in Antigua (there... More
