We have just had a fantastic week at this hotel, the whole hotel was booked for our family and my now son-in-laws family. We were here to attend our daughters wedding at Convento de las Capuchinas. The hotel did the catering for the wedding and everything was spot on. The daily breakfasts were very filling, so much so that we... More

We stayed for two nights at this hotel on the edge of the city in a gated estate and found it peaceful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were good and the rooms well appointed and spacious. The hotel was very good value for money. Don't miss the view of the city and volcanos from the top floor.

This small hotel is away from the city centre in a gated estate so it's quiet. The rooms are clean spacious and well appointed. We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast and found the food good and the staff friendly and helpful. Make sure you go to the terrace on the top floor for great views of the city... More

This hotel is located in a gated community at the edge of old Antigua. The location is tranquil, shady and very safe. The main building, tastefully decorated in an "old Antigua" style, has seven rooms on two floors around a lovely courtyard with a small swimming pool. The rooms range in size an amenities, though each is lovely in its... More

The people in office say what they need to say to get your money . They said there would be room service once a week which came with a monthly rental not one and a partial cleaning initially. I made it clear we needed WIFI for our stay over the Xmas holiday four of us with devices turned off WIFI... More

I have stayed here a different time over the years and I have not been disappointed. Love the breakfast to get your start for the day. I enjoy the gardens and going to the top of the building will take your breathe away. Take a bottle of wine a carafe of coffee and just enjoy. I have been in most... More

My wife and I stayed for three nights over New Years and were not disappointed. Wonderful, quiet location with easy walking access to restaurants, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they arranged a reservation for us at Finca Filadelfia. Breakfast was excellent and filled you plenty to start your day. The room was clean and bigger/better than we... More

BEST experience of my holiday and i am comparing with JW Marriotts in Mexico city and Cancun. Was quite worried when reading about Guatemala, safety and local standards but when i saw this hotel all my worries were gone in a second. AMAZING beautifully styled hotel with excellent staff. Private parking, 24h guarded, private secured entrance to the hotel area,... More

I stayed here with my husband for a few nights for our honeymoon in central america. It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms was very romantic and spacious (we had the junior suite upstairs) with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, number of choices available. Only complaint was the mix up with our arrival. Booked flight from Tikal to Guatemala... More

I want to start by saying that this is the first bad review that I have ever written and I feel that I have to do it since the experience was so terrible in every way. I confirmed this reservation with a credit card on May 10, 2013 and received a written confirmation for the three bedroom Villa del Adelantado... More
