Have stayed at Quinta twice now, most recently January 2012 for 3 nights. There are so many wonderful, beautiful hotels in Antigua but Quinta is my favorite for it's beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff, good food, and nice rooms. I have stayed both times in the garden rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Beds are a bit harder than... More

I stayed at Quinta de las Flores for two nights in January. Everything was wonderful. The grounds were so beautiful, we had a hard time leaving them to explore Antigua itself. We rented a casita, as we are a family of four, and enjoyed having so much space, plus a working kitchen, where we were able to heat up left... More

I must say that I had no idea how much I would like this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close enough to the center of town, but far enough so that all the sound from people, cars, bars and restaurant don´t bother you. The pool area is very relaxing, it the most beautiful garden and a wonderful... More

We spent three nights in a garden view room. There was a fireplace in the room, so we enjoyed it every night. The room was spacy, with a little sitting area outside. The garden in the hotel was very cute and huge and decorated with Guatemalan crafts. It was fun enough to get lost in and explore, too. Every night... More

We spent 6 nights in a Casita at Quinta in December. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and very helpful staff. The food at the restaurant is good. It is within walking distance to central Antigua. Highly recommended. More

I have visited Antigua many times and my favorite hotel is Quinta de las Flores. I was there in April for 5 days in one of their corridor rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated and the grounds are beautiful. I ate several meals at the hotel which were delicious. The pool is beautiful too. It's located a few blocks away... More

I visited Guatemala recently and spent 5 very peaceful nights in Quinta de las Flores in Antigua. A lovely hotel in old restored buildings on the outskirts of the town centre - beautifully furnished rooms, phantastic secluded gardens - and wonderful food! I made an effort to eat out once in a while, but quickly decided that the meals at... More

My wife and I have been staying annually at the Quinta de las Flores, in Antigua Guatemala, for the past 10+ years since we were fortunate enough to learn about it through word-of-mouth recommendation. It is a former coffee plantation (ca. 1920) that was refurbished and brought up to date in 1992, while at the same time preserving the original... More

Hotel is good, very charming and authentic. Rooms are decorated with local artwork, old style furniture. The grounds are gorgeous. However if you stop by other hotels in Antigua, you'll realize it is not unique or even the best by far. Now the negatives. Hotel has internet only in the lobby, computer room and restaurant. Why is it difficult to... More
