Casa Jacaranda is a great hostel. It's super cheap, my sister and I split a private room for 10 dollars each plus it includes an amazing breakfast. I have been traveling for 3 months and this has really been the best free breakfast from a hostel that I have ever had! I should have taken a picture, I had an... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights spending the day in the middle wandering around Antigua. Staff were helpful and accommodating as we had arrived quite late(11pm). Room was clean as we're bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was lovely and it was easy to get information antigen did organise transport from there. Would recommend!:)

I stayed 4 nights at Casa Jacaranda and I loved it. Paid Q75 each night (just around US $10). Wish I could have stayed longer. The hostel is great because it has awesome common areas with long dining tables, high ceilings, feels very open and comfortable. The free breakfast that comes with your stay is delicious!!! Free wifi is on... More

As a backpacker I don't really expect much from a hostel. The least a hostel could do it have ONE outlet in each room. They should really understand that backpackers and tourists are going to be taking a lot of pictures and need to recharge their cameras at night! Other than that, the single room I slept in was small,... More

The location is perfect of this hostel, within a few minutes walking to the church, main square and what makes it nice is the free breakfast where you can eat in the garden and have a little time to prepare your travels without being hassled. Rooms were clean and the service friendly. We felt safe. The lady in charge was... More

stayed here for a total of 5 nights I believe. Private room that was clean for 90 quetzals. Five options for breakfast all included and a little taco stand in front. All of these are plusses in my book. Some reviewers complained about the bathroom but I had one shared and was almost surprised how vacant it was. My only... More

I just stayed one night in Hostel Jacaranda and it was an upgrade from where I was at and charged nearly the same price. This place included a breakfast that was surprisingly better than I expected for being included in the price. The beds were comfortable and spacious. There was wifi and even a pc to use for guests. There... More
