The grounds of this hotel are quaint and beautiful. I imagine keen photographer would have love taking pics of the hotel garden. The staff are super helpful with restaurant tips or organising tours. After arriving on a red eye flight from LAX they checked us in early - thankfully! We initially had picked a musty room, we passed out for... More

What a beautiful and quaint hotel. Lovely clean rooms, wonderful staff and lush surroundings are just a few things that makes this my only choice when returning to Antigua. Perfect location to walk anywhere with great places to see and great restaurants close by. Excellent value!

The staff was friendly and polite. It's good for the price. The location is great! A wonderful restaurant next door. Great area. I got sick and he staff found a great doctor for me. A few nights is enough. Our room was cute and clean. Recommend!

i stayed here recently and enjoyed my time wholeheartedly. The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful lush gardens. The people who work there are very nice and very helpful, Patricia at the front desk in particular. i asked for a quiet room and got one!! The place is a block from Parque Central and walking distance to anything you may... More

I stayed here with a group of friends for Santa Semana last week, and absolutely loved it. The staff let us into our room as soon as it was ready, which was wonderful, because we'd just hoped off an overnight bus from Flores. There were five of us staying in the one room, which made it very affordable, and the... More

We returned to the hotel this year after a pleasant stay on our last years trip. It's location, friendly staff, nice gardens and clean rooms make for a reasonably priced stay. The posted prices were a bit higher this year, but we were given the same rate as before. We stayed in room #8 , so had access to what... More

We stayed in Room 15 at this hotel for a week while studying Spanish at the Christian Spanish Academy, which is very close by. We originally picked the hotel based o its proximity to the school as well as the central park and also because it was a good price. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel... More

We stayed 7 nights at this typical Antigua hotel that is small-ish, all on one level, with the exception of the roof-top terrace. Rooms are clean and simple, but comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Beds are fairly firm and the TVs offer local channels, channels from other parts of Latin America, along with a handful... More

In general hotel pricing in Antigua is "tourist" impacted...pricing of many properties are way out of line for what you get. That having been said this hotel seems to have a better grasp on reality with at least a willingness to moderate their initial asking prices. So, we enjoyed the courtyard setting. Very clean and quiet. Lots of hot water,... More
