We stayed here for a dance competition and were very disappointed with results. We payed a very high fee and the result was not good. This hotel is not worth how much you pay. The staff are okay but the food at Sweetwater was terrible and slow. However, Jacks sports bar was better. The indoor pool was fun for kids.... More

We made a reservation for a 3 bedroom condo last August. When we made the reservation, we reserved the 3 bedroom on the condition they could guarantee that none of the bedrooms would be a loft due to us having 3 families with varying requirements for waking up early. We were verbally told on the phone that we would not... More

Maybe this place was once nice, but it was so worn down and tired. Our room was small, the bathroom was tiny. The carpet was worn out and the tile was grimy. I would never go back by choice. Ever. The pools were very iffy. The beachside pool & "club" was really worn down. :(

This units near their beach club are individually owned and old so I'm sure they vary in quality. Don't expect a big kitchen but the jetted tub was oversized. We were checked into unit 5627 and the refrigerator door was broker, the ice maker didn't work, the room smelled of mildew, the carpet needed work, and it had no washer and... More

This is not my first trip to the resort, but they have done upgrades in the past few years. Lovely setting, the golf course is beautiful. Unfortunately when I booked our reservation, the tower was full. Our room was at the end of a hallway, and our view was completely obscured by a large tree. It was, however, conveniently located... Housekeeping was none exsisting other than make your beds and change towels and empty garbage. No vacuming and no dishes. Ate... More

Excellent northern Michigan location that offers a ton of things to do. We traveled here with two families (4 adults and 5 kids). The exterior grounds of the hotel and surrounding area were immaculate. They have two nice outdoor pool areas. You have to take a shuttle to the one down on the bay, but’s it’s a quick 2 minute... Very clean. Courteous staff. Aires restaurant on top floor of the tower was amazing! Our 9th floor king suite had a nice view of the bay. The website had a 2-day midweek drop in package that is well worth the extra due to breakfast, dinner, spa discounts. We were out at the Low Bar arriving back to hotel after kitchen... More

My husband and I arrived on Tuesday evening. There's no people come and help us with our luggage or greet us. I would imagine a resort and spa would provided higher quality of service comparison. The first impression is okay, could have done better. We stayed at the 3rd floor. It is very nice. Room was comfy and clean. Although... More
