The check in process took 15 minutes because the woman behind the desk was torn between checking me in and attending to a casual personal phone call. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very good. When it came time to check out, the front office door was locked and... More

This hotel's only good qualities are the location and the staff. The Stiletto Room had paint hanging from the ceiling with a 3 by 4 foot dark water stain. Windows with broken panes and chipped paint are everywhere. The faucet in the bathroom leaked causing water to run everywhere. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. Keep looking.

This was easily the smallest room my wife and I have ever stayed in. There was barely enough room to turn around or open a suitcase. At $350 per night that was a serious disappointment The air conditioner in the room was ver loud, and it occasionally spit out small chunks of ice The TV was fuzzy, and not very... More

Beware when booking at this hotel. Their website advertises amazing things. And likely they are partially true. But the hotel consists of two buildings, the Vanessa Noel and the Hotel Green. The first apparently is as described, the second is where they stuck us. For the price we paid, we were fairly shocked when arriving in the room. What was... More

If you book a $130/ night Inn on Nantucket, you would get the same thing and it would probably be cleaner and nicer. Extension Cords to an 8 way connector at outlet are certainly a fire hazard. Doors wouldn't open or close properly. Looks like the room was painted with primer only, drywall screws on patchwork not even covered. Half... More

If this is a boutique hotel then a room at the Y is a three Star Hotel. The only thing "Boutique" about it were the little bottles of shampoo and the white bathrobes. My room was in the attic and I didn't even have a bathroom in my room. I had to go out in the hall to access my... More

This is my second time staying here. It's super cute and no one bothers you. It's like having a great little bedroom right in the heart of town. I will say this I always stay in room 1 the stilletto room. Room 2 isn't tiny either but don't even think about room 3. It's the smallest hotel room I have... More

Great location and clean but that is about it. Check in and check out process was long and disorganized. 1 lady was trying to cover Vanessa Noel hotel, the shoe store, and the green hotel on a busy weekend. Looked like she was using her personal pc for check in and had a lot of problems figuring it out. Room... More

Too expensive for tiny room and bath...phone broken and air conditioning worked just okay.. We chose this place as a last resort and paid over $300 for one night. No elevators and very narrow stairs..

This was what hotels.com found for me at under $200. Very convenient location, but that is the only thing good to say. Small attic room with no headboard on the bed and a minimal shower cubicle. The front desk did nothing but give us our key and tell us it was next door on the third floor. Steep stairs. When... More
