Good location, easy walk from Nantucket town. Everything on Nantucket is expensive (even at $2: £1) and this has to be taken into account. The rooms available are not of the same standard as the equivalent spent in an average English B&B. Lovely garden with loungers, great for reading if one has the time. Best breakfasts of anywhere we stayed... more

The location is great and they have a nice backyard to relax. The rooms are old and musty and could use some renovation. The rates however, tend to reflect this and you can often get good rates. The family lives there and there is little common space to relax. The breakfasts and coffee could use some spicing up. We tended... more

I stayed at the Easton House in June. The owners are great hosts. I really enjoyed talking with Mr. Ross during breakfast - he was born on the island and can tell some really fascinating stories. The room we stayed in the first few nights was on the second floor and had had a beautiful canopy bed (and private bath).... more
