The hotel itself is lovely, as are the grounds but the service seemed lacking. The afternoon cheese and crackers and the morning coffee and muffins seemed to just miss the mark. Everyday, there was something missing, napkins, coffee urn didn't work. Had a slight problem with housekeeping which still remains unresolved. I expected better from a hotel of this caliber.... more

Our chief complaint with this hotel is that the walls are paper thin. We stayed there this past September in Room 3-254 and could hear the man snoring loudly in the room next to ours.
