I spent two nights at Barnacle Inn with my 13 years old daughter. The Inn is very nice, centrally located and very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is really good, served in a wonderful garden. We have really enjoyed our stay at Barnacle and we hope to come back soon in beautiful Nantucket.

Thank you Phil and Suzie and your staff for your hospitality during our stay at your inn. My son and his family's first trip to Nantucket with us was a trip they'll never forget. A 90 degree week on the mainland was a mid 70's enjoyment on Nantucket. We're already making plans for next year. Your attention to detail and... More

The Barnacle Inn is a wonderful old-fashioned B&B that leads with its greatest strength: a warm and hearty welcome from its hosts. They seem to have thought of everything and have only your comfort in mind. The breakfast is beautifully laid out and the hosts are solicitous and full of suggestions for having a great time. I had a fabulous... More

This is probably our 10th visit at The Barnacle and it gets better every year. The hospitality, not only Susie and Bill, made our stay outstanding. The location is key and love the homemade breakfast!

It was only. by a chance and a stroke of luck that we managed to get a booking for this place. And what a pleasant surprise we got. The place is in the perfect location a short walk from the ferry,. Beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. We needed three rooms at a short notice on a very busy weekend and... More

Staying with Susie and Phil is exceptional experience on the charming island of Nantucket. For what it is...it's is excellent: An incredibly reasonably priced B&B with amenities exceeding those you'd find in a much-higher-priced hotel. Not only is Susie a darling hostess, in the summer of 2015 she scored with an equally darling staff. Those gals not only keep your... More

We stayed at the Barnacle Inn for three nights earlier this month and loved every minute. The inn is like a home from home for us Brits with a lot of original charming features but much better and friendlier service ! There's a great communal lounge and outside porch and garden area where guests congregate over coffee and cookies and... More

We walked off of the HyLine, and, after a five-minute hike up Main Street, and down a scenic, manicured side street, we discovered Barnacle Inn. We were welcomed like family by Susan, who showed us to our immaculate rooms and showed us the inn's collection of beach chairs/umbrellas (which are free for guests to borrow). Over the course of our... More

We just got back from a 4-night stay at the Barnacle Inn - an old-style inn (in the best sense of the word) just a stones throw from town. Located across the street from St. Paul's - beautiful Tiffany stained glass windows. The property is set back from the street with nice sitting areas on the lawn. Great breakfasts of... More

Family members, who have been coming to Nantucket for generations, recommended this excellent inn. We were in town for a wedding so our days and nights were filled with activities with little time for our own exploring. The Barnacle Inn was a great "home base" for us. We loved so much about this place - where does one begin? The... More
