My wife and I recently stayed at the Seven Sea Street Inn . Matt and Mary went out of their way to make our stay comfortable as well as carefree. They directed us to several outstanding dining establishments as well as suggesting numerous activities on the island. The Inn itself was quaint, unpretentious and quite charming. Breakfast was delightful. We... More

We had a great weekend getaway at the Seven Sea St. Inn. The owner and his team were helpful and always available but did not hover. They were extremely helpful with tips for enjoying the island which made our visit a real treat. The location of the inn is outstanding. You can shop in town, walk to dinner, rent bikes,... More

We stayed at their satelite location, the Swan House, and had a very enjoyable stay. Nice greeting from Claudia upon arrival who fell in love with our dog, Bogart. She was great with recommendations and contacting our island tour guide. Ivan and Christinia were very pleasant and accomodating as well. Breakfast was just as described each morning. Don't skip it.... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn several times. Once we even set up a reunion with 4 other couples, which is never easy to organize. Everyone in our group still talks about that weekend as the best reunion we ever had. The gracious innkeepers made it stress-free. All we had to do was enjoy the quaint and... More

Our stay at Seven Sea Street Inn was a delight. The location was perfect for an in-town experience without the noise. The inn keepers, Matt and Mary, were charming people which made breakfast interesting and fun. And they were most helpful. This may sound silly, but they have the best showers at the inn, too!

This is now our 2nd stay at Seven Sea Street and it won't be our last. We enjoyed every moment of our stay with Matt and Mary Parker and the other guests at the inn. Breakfast was delicious (especially the granola and yogurt!) and every morning we had the most enjoyable conversations with everyone around the table. Our room was... More

We returned to Sea Street Inn for two nights after a few years with family declining health. Certainly was wonderful to be back, only wished it could have been longer! Next time. The healthy breakfast was a huge success with everyone! Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, granola cereal, yogurt, english muffins, and coffee cake -- all excellent with Matt's gracious hosting.... More

My fiancee and I opted to spend a little more on this place compared to other Nantucket B&B because of the number 1 rank on trip advisor. The Inn is quaint and attractive, but nothing really compensates for its not being an actual historic property. The room was clean and nice enough but nothing special -- fireplaces can be had... We're sorry these guests did not receive the level of service they expected, and which we try to provide on a consistent basis. We agree, not escorting our guests to the door of their guest room is less than first class service, and this will not happen again. We also regret if the common/breakfast room was closed before 9pm as... More

Took our youngest child off to college and went to Nantucket to recover. We stayed at Seven Seas for 3 nights over labor day weekend, had a room in Swan House which was very peaceful. Quaint and pretty room, great location near everything in Nantucket town, but away from the noise and bustle. Nice bed and good linens,a very adequate... More

We stayed three nights. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. Claudia was especially friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Loved the fresh breads and cookies.
