We stayed over the Halloween week-end in Salem, Ma. It was little further than I expected, but we were able to travel to New Hampshire also. Our room was ready ahead of time - check in & out was very quick. Breakfast was good every morning - waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, etc. .... I would not think twice about staying... more

We stayed at Springhill Suites on a trip to Boston. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the room and hotel. A large king bed, work area, sofabed, hot water on demand and micro fridge and sink. The room is well divided and had a home-like feeling. The breakfast was really good with a friendly and helpful breakfast attendant.... more

At this writing, most of this region is in a sad state of affairs from a MAJOR ICE STORM that hit here 3 nights ago, knocking power out to most of the region. After calling every other local hotel within 10 miles of our home, THIS place gave the CHEAPEST rates of all of them. At a Radisson in NH,... more

We liked this hotel which was really close to my husband's new job. The breakfast bar was standard fare but pretty nice. There was a nice little pool. We didn't have a full kitchen but had a small dorm size fridge and a microwave. Overall it was fine, but I was really upset when my boys and I sat in... more

We were stopping in Andover as part of a longer trip, and were pleasantly surprised by this great hotel! When booking, we knew it was in an office park of sorts so we weren't expecting much, but it totally exceeded our expectations. The rooms were totally comfortable, well-laid out, and had lots of amenities (two TVs, fridge, microwave, desk), the... more

We just returned from a stay here and were very satisfied. The room was spotless and well kept. We almost had more room than we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was courteous and effiicient. We'd stay here again! more

I like the size of a Spring Hill Suites hotel. The extra bed and television is always nice when travelling with family. There were a few negatives though: 1. The noise from neighboring rooms (including the floor above you) was loud. 2. The breakfast buffet was nice, but they seem to have trouble keeping it stocked. 3. An extra blanket... more

We stayed here one night while heading up to ski country. When we entered the lobby, the front desk employee named Dawn immediately made us feel welcome. She offered us local dining information, told us the pool hours and that the hotel has a 24 hour gym and overall was very helpful. The hotel was very nice. The room was... more

We stopped here on the way to Maine from Philadelphia. It's about halfway there, and just off I-495/I-93. Nice mini suite with a sofa bed, very clean, and a good continental breakfast included in the rate. It';s about half an hour north of Boston, straight down I-93. Only problem with the area, not many good restaurants, and the hotel is... more
