It was a pleasant stay. First time visitors bringing our son to look at the school. The desk staff was very helpful with suggestions concerning the school and the area. The Campus Center hotel is in the student union complex at U.Mass. It is extremely convenient for those visiting UMass with nearly any place on campus a 5-10 minute walk (there are also campus shuttle busses).
