This Inn has been brought back to perfection. This is a New England stay not to miss. Also enjoy the small college town on AMherst with beautiful walking trails. The food is exquisite. Welcome back Lord Jeff

A quaint New England Inn with first class service and accommodations. The restaurant was superb. But, by far, the best part of the visit was the people. It was extremely heartwarming to have the bellhop, who was obviously dealing with his own hardships, was totally capable and friendly. Hats off to you all. Plan to visit again and will highly... Hotel is very cute, in the center or town, but extremely expensive, ridiculously small bathrooms, no in-room coffee maker, no free continental breakfast, no in-room movie rental. The restaurant at the property is horribly expensive with a terrible dessert menu. This just isn't worth it.

Following my daughter's graduation from a local college, the extended family celebrated with brunch at The Lord Jeffery Inn. It's a beautiful property, newly restored, elegant and cozy with lovely gardens out front. The food was perfect and made from quality ingredients. Everyone commented on the mixed drinks, and several praised the mojitos as being the best they'd ever tasted.... More

Overall, we had a great stay at the Lord Jeffery Inn. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile (especially Katie). The hotel itself is very charming. They had coffee/tea available in the lobby till 11am, and then after that they had cucumber-infused water available throughout the day. There are a few... More

We couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was a little small, but the sitting rooms and outdoor accommodations for sitting more than made up for it. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Amherst, MA area!

I reserved a room here, only a week before I'd be staying, and it was truly perfect. My room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The concierge were very friendly. I was in Amherst for my little sisters graduation and we were out and about during the day. Towards the evening, after having dinner nearby, we decided to have a drink... More

I attended my nephew's wedding reception recently and I was very disappointed. Even though the inn has been nicely renovated this did not make up for the bad service and undercooked chicken. The majority of the guests who chose the chicken for their meal could not eat their dinner since the chicken was not cooked properly. My cesar salad had... More

I had heard of the recent upgrade of the property and it didn't disappoint. Though the rooms are a bit small. they are well appointed. The Boltwood restaurant provides great food and service. Sazerac!

We stayed at the Lord Jeffrey Inn while visiting UMASS for my daughter. The hotel is beautiful and every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The room was quaint and very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and attractive. The setting in the town of Amherst is idyllic and it was easy to walk to restaurants. We will... More
