Ok, this is my 3rd attempt at writing this review. Nicole is by far one of the best GMs I have met at any of the Marriott family hotels. Plus I don't know anyone who wouldn't want to wake up, head to lobby and see her beautiful smile any morning. ;). Lol. She's smart, fair and trying to hold up... More

I am keeping my review short, sweet and to the point: 1) checkout was smooth and pleasant. 2) rooms were very clean. 3) beds were very comfy. 4) shower pressure was awesome! 5) the AC worked beautifully and regulating the room temp was a breeze. 6) breakfast was yummy. 7) no fitness center in premises BUT they provide passes to... The rooms are pretty big and functional, but the whole property looks sort-of dreary and run down. The bed seemed like it needed a new mattress, there were lots of chips on the bathroom door, and nothing was that clean. The one perk was good toiletries (albeit in teeny containers). This might not be that bad, certainly no one stays... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out a review for our property. I am very sorry there were some particular issues you encountered during your stay. I would really like to speak further in regards to the cleanliness issue. As a Marriott brand we take a large amount of pride in servicing our rooms in a... More

Frankly, we had a bunch of problems with the room. When we discovered the deficiencies, it was too late to do much about it. Although the room was clean, the towels did not get restocked so we had no facecloths and one hand towel. I could not get the wifi to work. The front desk tried to help but apparently... More

As with all Marriott Hotels I have stayed in they are very good at deciding on a style and tone and replicating that across the group. So there is nothing particularly individual; or right about this property but there is nothing exceptionally wrong either. The only negative we encountered was we need to ask them to clean the pool before... More

After hours on the road, we arrived at this hotel with the woman at the desk being very busy. Despite this, she was gracious, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was spotless. This hotel stop worked well for us, as it is close to 95, and has lots of dining options nearby, and yet is a quiet location. It's always helpful... More

Whenever we take birding trip to Plum Island we stay here. The Fairfield Inn is clean, comfortable, quiet and ideally located just off Rt. 110, easy to get to from 495 or 95. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and they welcome birders! We love the breakfast here: more than enough choices, very tasty and well presented.

My wife is in a wheel chair and the handicap bathroom had a roll in shower and lots of room. It was easy for her to move around and accessible. They had a decent breakfast with several choices which was also nice.

No fitness center. No restaurants within a walk [except Friendly's]. But hotel was clean, quiet. Nice breakfast room. Outdoor pool away from building provides a plus in season. Best lower end hotel I have used in this area

This hotel is located fairly close to the freeway exit, but is a little tricky to find because the address is on side street off the main road. It's right behind a Friendly Ice Cream store and the road to get there is south of Friendly's. Because it's set back from the main road it's very quiet - nice. The... More
