There is no way to justify a $150 pet fee at this hotel. The website says it's a sanitation fee. Hogwash! First, pet owners are generally very conscientious about their pets and clean up after them. Second, there's no justification for that level of additional cost, especially when competitors charge half that price. Even if maid service had to spend... more

We stayed two nights (one week apart). We had no problems either night with either room at the Residence Inn. Both rooms were 2 bedroom suites. They are huge - plenty of room if you are traveling with young children. It is great to be able to put the kids in one room, while you have another room with a... more

The desk clerk states that to bring your pet the fee is $180.00. One hundred and eighty dollars even for one night! My pet, a soft coated wheaton terrier, is cleaner than my children! Marriott I am surprised at you! more

We made reservations at the Residence Inn because of the good reviews and the very good AAA rate they offer. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable -- but kind of chilly. After an hour, we realized the heat just didn't work. When we called down to the desk, we were told there wasn't anyone on duty... more

I stayed at this establishment for several weeks and found it to be perfectly allright. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the morning breakfast crew, and the rooms were very nicely appointed save for a few minor complaints. The Annapolis Residence Inn is tucked away in a very quiet area but also very close to major route access... more

Whatever negatives other reviewers have posted must have been associated with renovations which are now complete, because we had no negative experiences at this hotel. Our 2 bedroom suite suite was quiet, clean, and just what we expected for a hotel in this class--we even had a workable fireplace which made the suite more cozy. We got a great AAA... more

This property looked great from the outside, but once I entered the lobby, I was disappointed. They are currently undergoing major renovations. My room was at the back of the property and there was scaffoling erected right next to my door! The room was clean, but the bathroom was very dated and the carpet was worn. The bed was lumpy... more

We're we all staying at the same hotel? While this Residence Inn is an older apartment complex styled property, it's in a quiet office park setting, very convenient to US50 and downtown Annapolis. I had a great studio room that was perfectly clean; the furnishing weren't worn or tattered; the maid service was fine; the front desk staff helpful and... more

Stayed here for 5 nights September 10-15 for a wedding in Annapolis. I'd recommend Annapolis to anyone, what a neat, historic town. Seafood a little overpriced at most restaurants in town, try across the bay bridge to Kent Island and hang a right (going South) for about 5-6 mile to Kentmorr Marina and Restaurant. We ate there twice, right on... more

The maid service is extremely lazy. The rooms are old and out dated. Save your money and stay elsewhere. more
