This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Hwy 50. It is right across 50 from a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants. The public areas are a bit worn and need refurbishment, but overall property was very well-maintained. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed at a suite in the Maryland House. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel room. I think the main selling point of this hotel is the location. After giving your car to the valet you are an easy walk to everything downtown and the Naval academy. more

This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations. Hampton Inns are usually pretty consistent, so I selected this hotel while in Annapolis on business. This hotel had a comfortable lobby, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, and even smelled of Downey when I opened the door. I would definitely stay here again. more

We were back in my hometown for a family function, and stayed for three nights. Wonderful, comfortable, cushy beds, very clean and comfortable. While dropping my daughter off at the Naval Academy, we stayed at the Hampton Inn Annapolis. The breakfast buffet was great, and the beds they have now are SO comfortable. Enquired about lodgings at the visitors centre as we had never been to Annapolis before and had no idea of the location of or even which hotels were in town. SpringHill was sold out....wont stay at the Courtyard or Residence those are very tired.....but the Hampton is a second choice when doing business in Annapoliiis.....I am going to book the SpringHill way ahead of time next time....just make life better when away from home......but this Hampton is a little tired and boring more
