We stayed two nights at this hotel to visit Annapolis. Our room was advertised as 'remodelled' and 'non-smoking'. I concede that some of the furnishings were new but the carpet was frayed, the walls stained and there was mould in the bathroom. I'm not sure how long the room had been designated non smoking but it smelt like an old... more

The motel is just that ...a motel with small clean rooms. We wanted a inexpensive motel/hotel and that's what we got. The bed was soft, but not uncomfortable to sleep on. We have a family with three young children and wanted to visit Washington DC. This hotel was a great choice! Just got back from a 2 night visit to Annapolis with 2 adults and some children. We booked 2 separate rooms. They were basically clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. We spent one night at this hotel when we went to a Naval Academy football game, the hotel is near many restaurants and is very close to the Naval Academy, this hotel has a nice complementery breakfast, would stay in this hotel again next time I go to the Naval Academy. more

The queen bed room was small. Clean when we arrived but the bed squeaked something terrible. Easy check in. There was only one towel in the bathroom despite the reservation being for two.
