My husband and I took a much needed overnight excursion and were blessed to find The Flag House Inn had an available room. We were graciously greeted by one of our hosts, Charlotte, who made us feel at home even before we stepped in. It was raining when we first arrived and Charlotte came out to greet us with large... We were looking for a place to stay in the historic district of Annapolis to celebrate an anniversary. Looked into B&B's for the heck of it and this was one of the cheapest. At the time we made reservations, no one else had booked, so we started wondering what was wrong with the place. Actually, the Flag House Inn was... More

It was great having you celebrate your anniversary with us here at Flag House Inn. So pleased you enjoyed you stay, got the R&R you both needed and deserve and glad we did have others when you were here (from two room to full house each of the days) and that you found it so easy to book via our... In a selfish way, I am reluctant to give the Flag House Inn the fantastic rating they deserve. If everyone knew how great it is to stay there, I might not be able to get a reservation! We stayed with Bill and Charlotte over the 2018 Plebe Parents Weekend at USNA. I cannot imagine having better accommodations. The Inn is... More

We had a great time with our guests during PPW last week. As you know there is hardly ever a lull in the conversation around our breakfast tables. We'll look forward to having both of you back with us again. More

stayed at the Flag House for a long weekend in August. Hosts are convivial, and accommodations more than adequate for a long weekend. A longer stay, may lead to feeling a tad close as rooms are small. That said, there is much to see and do in Annapolis, so get out and WALK to everything!

We thank you for your review and glad you got out and about to see all the sights of Annapolis while you were here for a long weekend. Large rooms in an 1875 town home are hard to come by but that, too, is some of the joy of spending time in a home built over 130 years ago. More

Thanks so much to Charlotte and Bill for a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, and we were very comfortable in our two-room suite on the second floor. Lots of space. Breakfasts were excellent, especially the baked blueberry French toast. The dining room and guest sitting room are both nicely decorated and very comfortable. Bill and Charlotte are both extremely... I was just sitting at the computer and thinking about what to cook for breakfast in the morning when I saw your lovely review of our B&B. The decision was easy after reading the review - Baked Blueberry French Toast it is. So happy your enjoyed it as well as your stay in Annapolis. More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Flag House Inn for two nights. Couldn't have been more pleased. Both Charlotte and Bill were extremely gracious hosts. Our room was on third floor and Bill insisted on carrying our luggage upstairs. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The Inn is across the street from one of... More

We had been travelling for 3 weeks on this trip and stayed in several good hotels, however, staying at the Flag House Inn B&B was the most memorable and enjoyable experience. Charlotte and Bill are wonderful people and knowledgeable Innkeepers. They warmly welcomed my wife, daughter and I. We had a suite upstairs where my daughter had her own space... More

Let me start off by saying, we had a wonder full time here. My wife and I decided to go for Annapolis for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with where we chose to stay. The Flag House Inn is perfectly located near(within easy walking distance) all the historic sites of Annapolis as well as lots of good dining.... More

Stayed for a 2 night visit with friends for a girl's getaway. We occupied the 2 rooms on the upper level, which was great so we could all visit/chat with the doors open. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. This is the opinion of a certified "germaphobe"! The breakfasts were absolutely delectable. Bill and Charlotte were very helpful... More
