This was our first stay here, and it definitely won't be our last, we loved it! My husband and I were in town for a Navy football game and found that this B&B was very conveniently located to everything we needed. The B&B was very clean, cozy, and comfortable! Beth makes a great breakfast and the service was outstanding! Although... More

We have stayed twice and will definitely be coming back any time we are in town to visit our Midshipman. The service was excellent, the rooms very comfortable and you cannot beat the breakfast on Saturday morning. Excellent value and the location are within walking distance of Gate number 1. More

I was in town for a friends wedding, and had originally booked this B&B as a romantic weekend with my husband, but he had to back out last minute. So, I spent the weekend in a new city by myself, but because this place was so comfy and welcoming, I had an amazing time. The location is in the heart... More

Just returned from a 2 day stay at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. Beth was wonderful and everything was just as I would have hoped. I was there for a girl"s getaway with my mother, aunt and cousins and had a delightful time. The inn was easy walking distance from everything and loved sitting on the porch or in the... More

As a place to stay the Inn was fine. But was not informed that parking was NOT on the premise, and extra to park in not so near public garages. Also, The rate quoted was not the rate charged. We were told the winter rate on the internet but charged the higher summer rate after our stay. More

We spent a weekend here in April. Rick and Beth are the best hosts with so many tips about the area. The breakfast quiche of crab and asparagus was awesome!! We loved our front room with the doors from the AMAZING bathroom that opened up to a little balcony street-side which created a nice breeze. Fabulous while relaxing in the... More

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The hosts, Rick and Beth, were so nice and accomodating. They welcomed us upon arrival and upgraded our room to their back suite at no extra charge. The room was large, with a king size bed, and we had access to a mini refrigerator, tv and spacious... We stayed at 30 Maryland at the beginning of December for a little weekend vacation and LOVED it! The new owners were so accomodating, helpful and friendly - and made delicious breakfasts to boot. The building is beautiful and you can't ask for a better location. Just a few steps from the Naval Academy and downtown, we easily toured and... More

Everything about the Inn at 30 Maryland is wonderful! Elegant, yet comfortable, spacious rooms welcome you after a day spent roaming historic Annapolis. It is a very convenient location for those visiting the Naval Academy. Beth is a thoughtful Innkeeper and takes a genuine interest in the needs of her guests. She prepares marvelous breakfasts and also provides a variety... More

Beth is the most thoughtful and gracious innkeeper. The layout of the rooms and open guest areas is splendid. I've stayed at B&Bs in the historic area before and this is far and away the best location. Steps away from everything yet just enough away from the 'tourist' noise. More
