Booked this hotel on Hotwire for $79 a night. An absolute bargain when compared to the $200/night if you go on their website. Upon check in you can valet for $22/night or self park for $10/day. We went with valet because the valet said you don't get in/out privileges with self parking so every time you came back you paid... more

Booked on Hotwire and received an unbelievable rate of $66.00 per night. We received service worthy of a five star hotel. Heavenly beds, great location and excellent customer service. Took advantage of the valet parking for $22.00 a day, which was well worth it. We just called from our room and the car was brought up to the front lobby.... more

I made a pre-paid reservation through American Express in March for our intended stay in May. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was "overbooked" and our reservation was not being honored. Pre- paid mind you, through AE! The Guests Services Manager could not have been more despicable as he tried to shuffle us off to another hotel... one... more

Just stayed at the Westin, my wife and 2 children loved everything about the Hotel. The staff(every single one we encountered) were so friendly and attentive to our needs. That pretty much sums it up, our stay was one of the best we ever had at a hotel. The staff should be commended. more
