We stayed here on our wedding night. Miguel was delightful and professional. The house is absolutely charming. I see in the other reviews that the highlights for others included the breakfast and the upscale showers. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience either of these things. The city was replacing the poles for the power lines outside our window from 12... More

What an ideal location for our first trip to Annapolis! John was incredibly helpful over the phone prior to our trip then met us when we arrived. The decor was perfect for an old b&b of that time period. Our "Academy View" room was wonderful with new fresh flowers each day and huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and steam shower.... More

Our visit to Annapolis centered on the Naval Academy and the waterfront, and the Academy B and B is just steps away from both. We stayed in the Academy View room, which is attractive and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the bathroom suite with Jaccuzzi and steam shower. Miguel made sure we were comfortably settled in, and cooked the large,... More

Miguel is the best. He will cater to your every need, including preparing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are amazing with a spa like bathroom and comfy, clean beds. Includes free parking and close to walk everywhere. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back and see Miguel!

My sister found out about The Academy B+B through tons of positive ratings from wedding websites, and our experience surpassed all of our expectations! This was my first time planning a bachelorette party, and John, the owner, was a true true pleasure to work with. He helped me think through all of the special parts of the bachelorette weekend and... More

I had my bachelorette weekend celebration in Annapolis and we stayed at the Academy B&B. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend thanks to John (the owner). He helped us plan the entire weekend and was extremely responsive before and during our trip. He was able to provide restaurant recommendations and helped make sure we had reservations. Breakfast at the inn... More

This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and our first visit to Annapolis. The gentleman who made the reservation was very helpful and even kept in touch up until our arrival so he could have Miguel outside to assist witharking. Miguel is extremely hospitable! He helped us park (free parking!) in their courtyard, upgraded us to a... More

My wife and I wanted to see the cherry blossoms without staying in DC. I choose this inn because of the reviews and location. I must say it was superb, the rooms are very nice and the steam shower for two is worth the cost. We could visit DC during the day and experience Annapolis in the evening. Great food... More

This was my wife and I's first experience at a bed and breakfast so we were excited and not knowing what to expect. The entire time, from making the reservation to our departure, I felt at ease and in good hands with the housemaster George. When we told him that we had to arrive early, before our room was even... The B&B is steps away from everything in Historic Annapolis. We used it as our base for our walking tour, pub crawl and dining options. We contacted via phone the manager John 30 minutes prior to our arrival at the B&B. John explained everything to us about our room (Academy View). I would have given our rating higher had it... More
