When looking for somewhere to stay this place is it! The biggest benefit is the guaranteed parking (for small cars) because street parking is hard to come by and the lots/garages are pricey! Everything is within walking distance and Miguel makes you feel right at home. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

We did have some positive experiences at this B&B. It was close to everything in Annapolis and we also had parking on site which is a great plus. Also, met great people who were also staying at the B&B. Bed was comfortable and bath facilities were very nice. However, one challenge we had was that our Jacuzzi went into drying... More

Spent one night in the Harbor View room and enjoyed it immensely! Amazing suite with a shower unlike any other, never mind the jacuzzi tub. Miguel's breakfast in the morning was just right- not too heavy but ver satisfying. His blueberry pancakes were a special treat. The location is great too- walk around the corner to the entrance for the... More

We are in Annapolis for a friends wedding, and loved the looks of Academy online while planning our stay. However, upon arrival around 5 pm Thursday there was no one on property who spoke English and a housekeeper (very nice!) told us in Spanish our room was occupied. She showed us our paper file with the room marked, but that... More

This Annapolis B&B was lovingly restored and it shows. The innkeeper has 2 B&B's in town that he runs. We never saw him. We were greeted by Felipa, and lead to our rooms. We were the only ones staying in the inn that night and never saw anyone again until the morning. Miguel was delightful and made us a lovely... More

Forty fifth anniversary trip back to USNA. Great accommodations. Loved the in-room Jacuzzi and sauna. Parked the car for the whole trip and easily walked to all points of interest. Miguel and his wife Felipa are jewels. Left lights on after parked car. Gave Miguel the keys and went about the days activities and he had the battery jumped, GFI... More

My husband and I spent a weekend getaway in Annapolis for the first time. We were really pleased to find how close this was to everything! We walked everywhere. In addition, the service was great....from when we called to set our reservation with John, to when we arrived. Miguel greeted us and was there all weekend, and he could not... More

First off, the location of this B&B is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful(stayed in the Academy View and only complaint was blinds don't filter out early light) and Miquel is delightful. However, after staying at numerous B&B's there were certain things about this one we found a bit strange. Usually an innkeeper is on the premises to offer recommendations on... More

We stayed here on our wedding night. Miguel was delightful and professional. The house is absolutely charming. I see in the other reviews that the highlights for others included the breakfast and the upscale showers. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience either of these things. The city was replacing the poles for the power lines outside our window from 12... More

What an ideal location for our first trip to Annapolis! John was incredibly helpful over the phone prior to our trip then met us when we arrived. The decor was perfect for an old b&b of that time period. Our "Academy View" room was wonderful with new fresh flowers each day and huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and steam shower.... More
