We booked two rooms for the 2014 Powerboat Show, despite some of the reviews we read, and were very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean and spacious with free WiFi, fridge and microwave and you could tell that even though the place is old, the owners has great pride in it and were in the process of continuous upgrades. The... More

This place is something straight out of a horror movie.. It's absolutely horrible. I would rather sleep on a park bench..It smelled, water damage on the ceiling around the smoke detecor-well where the smoke detector should have been. There were just stripped wires hanging out of the ceiling, walls had plywood patches, and everything was stained. I wouldn't let a... More

I have traveled quite a bit and have stayed everywhere from 4 star resorts to tiny mom and pop motels. However, I cannot say enough about how horrible this motel was! There was no customer service. The place looked like a crack den albeit, there was new siding. There was trash and nasty matresses laid about the property. Even that... More

This motel is about 8 miles from downtown Annapolis just off RT50. Its is about 1 mile off the exit ramp within walking distance to a rundown beerstore! If Ur from Annapolis u know this is not the place to stay unless Ur a drug user, drug dealer or prostitue. Its dirty, dark and not a good place to stay.... More

Hello, We just spent one night at the Village Inn. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely stay here again when in the area. The proprietor was extremely friendly, courteous and informative. The Inn is not fancy, but the room was clean....the tub is extra large....and the t.v. and air-conditioning worked great. The rates are very reasonable... More

I am in my 20's and have stayed in some pretty bad places in my lifetime but this one takes the cake. We were looking to stay some place cheap just driving through on a road trip and discovered this dump. The room was still dirty from whoever stayed in it last. There were gummy bears laying on the ground,... More

After an aggravating time finding a reasonable hotel, I had to settle on this. I couldn't wait to leaave by 7am the next morning to head for Annapolis. I told the manager there were bugs in the bed: small grey round ones. He said he would take care of it. NOT. I got to the family wedding hotel in Bethesda... More

I really didn't expect too much, check in was fairly poor, the room looked a little dowdy and staff seemed thin on the ground. First appearances can be deceptive! I was there for 8 days (a longer time than originally expected), my stay being extended by the need for urgent unplanned dental treatment. The staff couldn't have been more helpful,... More

Called day ahead to inform hotel that I would be checking in a day late - was told I would get charge that day for cancellation 83.00. I should have had a clue then cause most normal hotels would rent the room to someone else without a charge to you. Now I know why they have practices like this -... More
