We stayed here while my son and his team had a tournament at Ripken Stadium. For tournaments there, the location simply can't be beat! We loved waking up in the morning to the view of the fields. Our friends had a balcony room and it was great, but there are very few of them in the whole hotel. Overall the... More

Hello Mulks - Thank you for your review of the hotel. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Yes, it was unfortunate that the pool had to be shut down, but we were able to get it back up and running after the required 24 hour time period with proper cleaning and chemical balance. We certainly appreciate your... More

Unfortunately my daughter left her nutri blender behind in the room and called to get it back. The hotel could not find it - will not replace it and now claim it was thrown away? We can not get reimbursed for - expensive lesson for daughter that corporate america doe not always do the right thing. Will NOT stay here... More

Hello Nothappy876 - Thank you for sharing your experience. Again, we apologize that the blender was not found. It being thrown away was only a suggestion as many guests leave behind similar items, especially with the hotel being an extended stay property. As we previously discussed, and you acknowledged, the hotel can't be held responsible for items left in the... More

we spent the weekend there for baseball tournament. It wound up being the same weekend as the Ripken World Series. It was busy! The room was perfect, it was great to have the 2 rooms and living area so the kids could hang out. The king bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was fine for our son. My only... More

This is the only place to stay if you are going to the Ripken complex. It is fantastic to be able to walk out the back of the building and onto a field. The kids had a great time watching games from the room and being able to roam the complex in the evening. We had some problems with AC... More

I stayed at the Residence Inn at Ripken Stadium recently in connection with a golf outing at Bulle Rock. The hotel is clean and rooms are typical for a Residence Inn. The biggest draw is the proximity to Ripken Stadium - the hotel literally overlooks the ball park and is the perfect place to stay for players and their families.... More

Hello phil fort wash - Thank you for your comments based on your recent stay with us. The baseball view of the fields on either side of the hotel are a big hit, (no pun intended). Little League on one side and Single A ball on the other. We hope you will be back soon to take in a game... More

If you want to stop on I-95 near Baltimore, this is a good choice. It is just off the highway and literally across the street from the Cal Ripken minor-league ballpark. We walked over to see a game. In the back of the hotel are about a half-dozen youth ballparks and we could watch a game from our balcony. The... More

And not a good one. The staff is excellent but you can tell they are frustrated from all of the baseball players and their families at the Ripken Experience fields that stay there. The parent's behavior is worse than the kids. The free beer at the evening get-together doesn't help...loud, unruly, litter, kids running the halls, jumping in elevators to... More

Hello TheOriginalBubba - Thank you taking the time to share your experience with us. Please accept my apologies regarding the how busy it was with baseball teams during your stay. It can be challenging to keep up with everyone and when there are a lot of kids on property, kids do tend to be kids. While we undertand this, we... More

First I'd like to compliment the wonderful staff at this location. My family has stayed at many Marriots and none have been as friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very special thanks to Halli at guest services. She made sure our room was ready for early check-in and had the view that we requested. Also housekeeping on the second floor was amazing.... More

Better signage is required to direct first-timers from the parking lot, through the Courtyard lobby, and to the Residence Inn front desk. My upgraded room was clean and nicely furnished with a comfortable mattress. I'd be concerned with traffic and noise if there was a baseball game at the ballpark; there wasn't one when I stayed, but the little leagues... More

Greetings 50StateVisitor - Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I realize the parking situation can be tricky with building access. This place is literally two hotels under one roof (Courtyard and Residence Inn) however, it barely had enough staff for one hotel. The place was very, very clean and the location with the ballpark was really cool, but the breakfast was quite terrible compared to other Residence Inn's.

Hello Aliskate1 - Thank you for sharing your experience us. Things can certainly challenging at times when the hotel is sold out, but we have a commitment to our guests to be better prepared and deliver service on a consistant and higher level that Marriott customers have come to expect and deserve. We will absolutely look at our staffing levels.... More
